Another long weekend goes to waste in Haiti. Activities interrupted by protests
All Saints Day in Haiti - Cimetiere de Port-au-Prince
Haitians in the diaspora can't wait for along weekend to have fun and travel lond distances to visit family members. But in Haiti, another long weekend was wasted with the same ****... A never ending street protest that spoils every single social activity.
A young lady who is originally from he Sud department in Haiti was afraid to go visit her parents because of armed bandits who have a strong hold near Martissant, the only road that lead to where her family lives.
The State has no control of this out of control democracy! Only street protesters and armed gunmen can move around. For all the law abiding citizens of Haiti, it's best to stay at home and eat your rice and chicken, if you are blessed with the money to buy it.
How is that for a long weekend in Haiti?
I am tired of writing as if I am trashing my country but it's the reality man! It really sucks sometimes! Most of the time!

Those streets protests are really sickening.
What do the populace want?
President Jovenel Moise to step down?
