5 Foods You Should NOT Eat

If your health is important to you, then here is a list of five (5) foods you're probably eating everyday that you should really avoid

1 - Bagels -- You love Bagel with cream cheese don't you? Avoid it... Bagels are delicious aren't they? I love my bagel with peanut butter. You probably prefer yours with cream cheese. according to mensfitness.com Bagels have a massively high glycemic index (which increases insulin and inflammation within the body)

2 - Sugary Cereals -- That fruit loops and frosted flakes cereal you love, avoid it and all sugary cereals. replace it with an oatmeal cereal.

3 - French Fries -- Oh my father loves french fries but you should avoid it. French fries are deep-fried in oils and trans fats, a major cause of heart attacks.

4 - Diet Soda -- Just because it says DIET doesn't mean it's good for you. The artificial sweeteners in diet sodas are making you gain weight and they creating more health problems than you think.

5 - Lunch Meat -- Yep, all these sliced meats that make it into your mid day sandwich, avoid them. They have a lot of sodium. Did you know, just three slices of deli turkey breast has up to 1,050 mg of sodium?

When walking or running the steps start on the toes. Il faut marcher et courire comme en montant ou en descendant l'escalier.

Avec tous vos aliments, etes vous en sante?

On peut tous voir les problems, il me semble que la medicine est ausi autant informe que n'importe qui.
