Is French or English The language for business in Haiti?

Have you noticed that the majority of Haitian websites on the internet are in English?

There are some Haitian websites in French but I don't know too many of them.

You know, friend, everyone once in a while I get a request from one or two of my newsletter readers to send it in French.

French?
I don't speak French!

I came to the US when I was 14 years old. I've been living here ever since.

I love to create websites for the Haitian community but I do it in a language that is COMMERCIAL.

Is French a commercial language?

If I had to answer that I would have to say, "Not in the western hemisphere!"

Don't you agree, mon ami?

So I have a question for you:

If you were elected "Directeur General de l'Education Nationale" in Haiti what would you do differently to prepare Haitian students for new global market?

Well my friend, me too I arrived in Canada when I was 14 years old, and the only language I spoke until I went to Germany was French.

Right now as I am writing these notes, there are thousands of haitians who don't go to the website because they don't understand English.

Please do not misunderstand me, and think I am blaming you of anything.

The Haitian Internet has made a huge leep forward over the years.

If you tell me what kind if information you are interested in perhaps I can make a few recommendations.

It is true that there are no specific polls done to find out what the Haitian web visitor is interested in; however, I am sure you will find plenty.

why is it hard to find a good haitian wed site on the internet?

and if so why cant it be in english and french?

there is no unity in the haitian community..need more information about the haitians..why is haiti still backways..no improvement and this is 2006!!!!! IT IS
