A grateful LeToya Luckett told ESSENCE what a big moment this was for her to see Haitian music legend Wyclef Jean again after so long at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards.

"He took us on, we were just starting, no one knew our names, no one knew us," the Luckett told ESSENCE.

Standing next to Wyclef Jean was his wife Claudinette Jean and and daughter Angelina Jean who attended the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards wit him at Prudential Center on August 26, 2019 in Newark, New Jersey.

The man standing next to wyclef is Tommicus Walker, LeToya Luckett's husband.

Can you believe this? The Fugees were offered $90 million to go on the road for 15 months. Pras Michel said when he approached Lauren Hill and Wyclef Jean they turned it down.

Watch this video of an interview Pras gave to Ebro Darden over at Hot 97. FUGEES Reunion? Pras says "NO, I don't want no part of that."

To go back in to the Fugees, is like going into a rabbit hole, Pras said. The emotional roller coaster is just too much.

Pras says he's outgrown all that but it was a great moment and he will be forever grateful for both Wyclef Jean and Lauren Hill.
