Haitian Journalist Esaue Cesar is a popular journalist, reporter and co-host of the popular radio show "Matin Debat" which airs Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on radio television Eclair in Port-au-Prince Haiti.

"The truth hurts but the truth is the truth. We must de-gangsterize Haiti," journalist and policeman Esaue Cesar said Wednesday. "I have been saying it and I will continue to say," he said specifying that the gangsters in Haiti are not just a thugs roaming the streets.
