CARNAVAL IN THIS YR.WHO PROMOTE THIS MUST BE OUT OF THEIR MIND. HAITIANS NEEDS MONEY FOR MEDICINES, HOUSES AND LOT OF THINGS TO START.

I LOVED CARNAVAL BUT NOT THIS YR. SOME HAITIANS PLS. WAKE UP, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT TIME.
