I smell a lawsuit coming, and hope we start learning to sue. Did the hotel rent a room to underage kids?

Who made the reservation?

Who paid for it?

Who paid for the room?

Was it cash or credit?

How long the room was rented for?

Check out time is always at 11 am, and the cleaning crew needs time to get it ready for 3 pm check in. Did the hotel check on them when they did not check out on time?

What kind of hotel is this?

I cannot believe security did not hear a car running for almost 24 hours, and the hotel is negligent.

The families should hire a private investigator, and a lawyer pronto.
