When you know better you do better.

You, and I are aware because we were taught by families or teachers.

We have to teach the adults about garbage disposals, and start very early with the younger generation.

Lenin said give me any kid under seven years old, and I can turn him/her as a communist for life. We need to start with babies, and should have mentoring programs to teach the population to be responsible citizens.

We must change their mentalities before we see any results, and trillions of dollars cannot do it. We have exterminators now, so how about companies to convert our trash into energy or other materials to benefit the population.
