I can not believe that the government is doing that. All they have to do is registering the needy in order to keep the greedy out. It is just a simple formula.

IN OTHER WORDS.

GET THE LIST OF NAME OF FAMILIES THAT NEED THE CONTINUING HELP UNTIL THEY CAN GET BACK ON THEIR FEET;SO WHEN AN OUTSIDERS FROM OUT OF TOWN COMES IN. HE/SHE CAN BE DETECTED ON THE SPOT AND GET PROSECUTED.

THAT'S THERE IS!!!

It is sad to see that the injured are going to suffer, just because of these intruders.

I hope they can rethink it through, because we will have more people die of hunger than the earthquake
