That is nice to show good intentions; but exactly what DR think they have in mind for us?

They do not respect us. NO respect, no equality, and basically no fairness.

Right now we need more basic education for our people more than University studies.

Our people need to learn more about agriculture, irrigation, method to acquire clean water supply.

We need to learn to feed ourselves, sustain ourselves in term of basic needs.

International economy is very much interrelated.

If their economy takes a wrong turn, which it can, they might not be able to help us all the time. We must be able to take care of ourselves.

Dominican Republic must make up its mind whether they want to help our educational system or use that money to build a wall at the frontier.

Personally I prefer the latter.
