Hi Woodring,

The I.H.C.L.E.P.O International Haitian Children Lives & Educations Protection Organisation and I were scanned your question and the Internation Haitian Community Readers opinions.

Then after analised the situation, the I.H.C.L.P.O is already setting up legale statue requiest for all Haitian Children those have to be adopted.

In the name of haitian community living in the United states, Europe, and the I.H.C.L.E.P.O we are forbed them adopting our Children without a legale statue.

According to Yvette Duverge is pleasing you Woodring to set up a meeting and get some memberes to work with us because we have been already begun to work about how to keep our children close to us in their country in Haiti.

This is the only way to get control of them and thanks God we already have our organisation.

The only thing that we need is your and the International Haitian community support.

Please we need your urgent rsponse.
