I like your comments on Haitians in Haiti reading.

I remember as a child in Haiti, one book will circulate in the entire neighboorhood.

People will copy the pages by hands.

I don't know if people still do that.

We used to write letters and decorate the borders.

We used to copy songs.

As a child, we did plays.

People will pay 10 cents to get in to see our plays.

In addition to story telling, these are literary activities that unfortunately are not longer practiced here.
