A Haitian Looking For Help to Immigrate to Canada

Hi!

I recently visited Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and got to know a fellow by the name Sylvestre Nego. He is from Haiti but took refuge in the Dominican Republic due to the coups in Haiti.

He is now working on a resort in Higuey, Punta Cana called Melia Caribe.

He says he has cousins in Canada, probably Monteal, but does not know how to contact them.

He is seeking help to immigrate to Canada and his relatives might be able to help him. He can be reached on his cell phone number at 750-5783 if you are able to help him. You might need to add the country code in order to reach hin. He seems like a really nice guy although I don't know his total history.

He works with little kids on the resort helping them paint little statues.
