After I have seen this video, my heart was broken.

Even I did not cry but, I am furious and all the blood of Dessalines, my father, comes in my vein. I don't think this is a joke or ireal scene.

We need to send and re-send this video to all the media to show the cruality of the domnican people.

Most of the time, the blame goes to Haiti, here we can see the guy tell the haitian if he did not put his hand he was going to cut his head off. I did not the issue that to that situation, but one thing is certain, this a brutal crime that need to have an answer.

Someone has to pay for this, and the final word is the law.
