I am laughing about this - because I have been married to two Haitian women - my current wife is in Haiti.

Since I speak pretty fluent Kreole - the Haitians like to call me a "White Haitian" either here among the diaspora or when in Haiti.

I had a close "white" friend who was married to a Japanese woman living in Los Angeles.

They would not consider going back to Japan because of the social stigma.

Japan lost the 2nd WW but Haiti won their independence from the most powerful world power at the time Napoleon's France.

WHO SHOULD BE MORE ARROGANT?
