Lol after I had a baby I didn't want to do this at all the whole pregnancy they were bringing this up..l I didn't know what to dread the no epidural during birth that my mom sisters and aunty scared me out of or this weird bath lol...

The bath works I have a lot of. Friends who were nice shaped and after the baby there body is like square and ugly it made a lot of my friends insecure real bad ...

Now they are all trying to drink Pink Moscoto tummy read and waist trainers ..

The hot water and the leaves really give the skin and muscles the energy back from having the baby ...

wrapping and keeping your body warm after the bath is to bring down the swelling if u go around cold air after the bath your body parts may become a little uneven and might even begin to swell again ...

My friend is not Haitian and she just had a daughter and she called me after I told her my experience and asked me to come and do it for ..

I'm really happy even tho me and the women in my family don't get along and may disagree but this is one thing no matter which close family has a baby this little thing brings us a little closer I also had to drink a lot of ginger tea not the one the stores make I mean from scratch if u are breast feeding don't make it to spicy cause the breast milk will be spicy and the baby will taste it lol trust me it happen to me
