Kidnapping in Haiti

Mrs. Bahamian,

I'm very sorry that your husband and children had to go through this ordeal.

I'm a haitian born myself who loves to go home frequently.

I ended up giving my passport away only because finacial aid was not helping much. Don't feel bad if your husband has to give his passport away because haitian blood will still be running through his veins.

The way things are going now I don't suggest that he goes there for any reason.

We just have to pray and do what we know is best to get this country out of the whole so that we can go home with no fear just like everyone else.
