I am from Les Cayes my mother uses coconut milk in coffee that taste like cream in the coffee peas and rice, steam fish, most all food.

They may not know the benefits of Coconut, but they use it for the flavor. Like myself I use in Acasan, corn meal, rice, beans and "labouyi" (pudding) read more >
