Should 12 Janvier become a Holiday in Haiti?

Earlier today I was listening to a radio show in Haiti Radio Vision 2000 and host Valery Numa says 12 Janvier should become holiday in Haiti. Do you share his opinion?

It is is true that 12 Janvier possibly the host horrific date in Haiti's History but do you think it is important for Haitians to take this day OFF?

Yes, I do. This is one of the worse catastrophe in our history.

We should never pass that day unnoticed and the best way to do this is to keep it as a holiday and give the people time to reflect on it as they remember their loved ones. God bless
