NYPD In Haiti To Train The Haitian Police Force

New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly is in Haiti on a special trip to help train the Haitian National Police.


NYPD Blues - Haiti Edition

The plan is to send 6 Creole-speaking Haitian NYPD police officers to Haiti to help train and assist the Haitian police in improving security in the aftermath of the earthquake.

Who will pay for it?

All expenses and salaries of these Haitian-American NY police oficers will be paid by U.S. Department of State according to an NBC news article.
