Judges in Haiti threatened to stop working starting in October if nothing was done to increase the budget of the court.

This news came about two weeks after the court clerks lifted their strike which had paralyzed the functioning of the judicial system, according to Haitian newspaper Le Nouvelliste.
Haitian judges claim the money allocated in the 2017-2018 budged voted in the lower house of parliament is not enough to keep allow the justice system to function properly.
