First... Here are the 5 countries with NO woman in parliament:

  1. Haiti
  2. Tonga
  3. Vanuatu
  4. Qatar
  5. Federated States of Micronesia

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon urges the leaders of these countries where not even a single woman is in parliament and countries without any women at the cabinet level to end this injustice.
