An angry mob BURNED down the customs building (la Douane) in Anse-a-Pitre, the Haitian border town with Pedernales, Dominican Republic, Monday after customs agent attempted to apply the tough restrictions preventing Dominican products from entering Haiti by land...

According to news reports, Haitian authorities seized everything that were deemed illegal coming form the bi-national market, products that were purchased by Haitian merchants... Even small quantities being carried on Taxi motos were confiscated...
