Terrible news from Haiti... 15 children has died as a result of a fire at an orphanage in Fermathe Haiti Thursday, February 13, around 9 o'clock in the evening.

13 of the unfortunate little ones were rushed to the hospital but they all died as a result of respiratory failure linked to the inhalation of smoke from the fire, said Robenty Jean François, head of civil protection at Kenscoff, told the media Friday.

The two other children, one with a disability and the other suffering from a mental deficiency, died in the fire at the orphanage of Eglise de la compréhension de la Bible in Fermathe.
