Vietel, a Military Telecom Corporation in Vietnam, now Owns 60% of Teleco Haiti and their engineers are already in Haiti trying to rebuild Teleco's infrastructure.

After Vietel, Teleco in Haiti became known as NatCom (National Telecom)
