Some kind of electrical fire bursts out of the rear-bottom side of the Barikad crew float/char, that instant all the people on that side of the float, their hands, almost all their hands went in the direction of the float like an electrocution...

Look at this photo... Haiti Kanaval Accident - 2 Seconds AFTER the incident... Most of the people who were standing along side the Barikad Crew Float fell to the ground... Some didn't get back up... We all know what happened after that...

Seconds after that there was a stampede of people trying to get away from there with a whole bunch who fell on the ground after being electrocuted...
