Digicel annonce - a partir de minuit 17 juin 2014 certains services de VoIP comme Viber, Nimbuzz et Tango ont été bloqués sur son réseau.

Raison: Les opérateurs de VoIP sans licence comme Viber, Nimbuzz et Tango utilisent des réseaux de télécommunications pour offrir leurs services, mais ne paient pas de contribution pour ce privilège
