Hi woodring,
I don' t know about which country would
do the job, and,also which country would
accept to do it.
France is the shadow of the country it
was a hundred years ago.It would not be
a good idea, and DR wouldn, t be a better
option.Id say Canada or the USA, but who cares about Haiti.Honestly.
