Mr Patric,
I do understand what you mean but how can you feed thoursands when you can't afford it?

In this country USA years ago they used to put them in plantations, rail-road, road, building appartement complex, parks, libraries etc to work. still now from time to time i see on the road working.

In Haiti there should be a system where one is cought spitting on the ground he should get arrested.

Remember we have so much work to be done. China, Japan, US, all Europe, Australia etc they were built like that.
I understand from one black man to an other it is a form of slavery but the criminals don't see it that way. Punishment is punishment.

It can't easily work in haiti because the ones who are deviant are mostly those who were suppose to be examples.

For intance: Aristid, Duvalier, Preval and all the others, Tell me who would fallow them for anything good.
In a civilized country adults or powerful people always want to be examples for the smaller and the lower class but in Haiti it
is the other way.
A clean up would have to start from the government itself to the mass.
If the government is cleaned, it will have a lot of fallowers.

In Carrefour by Rivierre Froide the is a beutifull castel and some great clonial beams etc. In a great country these thing would be treasures but for an ignorant government it is just the past. Someone talk about Cap Haitian.

I bid that the government doesn't know what happening there.

Ask them how many people died last year of TB or Aids they will not know either but if you ask them how much donation they recieved last year, they will know.

Garry
