Forbes - Haiti: Best And Worst Countries for Business
Forbes determined the Best Countries for Business by rating 153 nations on 15 different factors including property rights, innovation, taxes, technology, corruption, freedom (personal, trade and monetary), red tape and investor protection.
Haiti ranks 151 in the list 153 countries as one of the worst countries for business, third from the bottom, out ranking only Gambia and Chad.
Note: Our neighboring Dominican Republic which shares the island of Hispaniola with us ranks 93 in the list.

I do not look at this as a bad report card, I look at it as a very realistic assessment of Haiti's financial situation.
