Haiti, One Day After Hurricane Tomas

We all expected the worse to come to Haiti with the arrival of Hurricane Tomas but thanks God the loss of life has so far been minimal.

So far, one day after the Hurricane, there are reports of flooding and lost of livestock but nothing close to what was expected.

I will continue to monitor the Haitian news media if I hear anything, I will post them on www.fouye.com

Have you spoken to any of your family and friends in Haiti?

What have you heard?

Post it here: http://www.fouye.com/post.php

Thank you Woodring, without you I would be in the dark about my country.

At times I feel that I'm more informed than those in our country.

Unknowingly you have helped me get in touch with people that I never thought I would find again !! Not in this life

Always remember my brothers and sisters we can pray to God for anything.

He is a loving God and he cares about Haiti too. I prayed for Haiti and My Haitian brothers and sisters in Haiti and I know many of you did too. He will always answer.

Remember God has the last word in everything.

My mom told me the rain has stopped (even though it rained heavily from 1AM to 5 AM) in Carrefour.

She even told me the sun has risen when we were talking.

God had epargned us, but let us continue to pray cause Haiti is always at risk.

Thanks for the report
