Jocelyn Borgella is the first Haitian football player to be drafted and play a game in the NFL.
Borgella grew up in Little Haiti, Miami FL. Born in 1971 in Nassau, Bahamas, Jocelyn Borgella was drafted in the sixth round of the 1994 NFL Draft out of the University of Cincinati. He played college football at Cincinnati.
