Walking 30 minutes a day can help you lose weight
Did you know? a simple 30 minute walk 5 days a week can help you lose weight fast.
The problem is many people leave such a busy life, they put it off until their doctor tells them do it or else.
Get off your but, my friend, and go for a walk for at lease 30 minutes per day. If you think that is too dificult, try walking for 15 minutes twice a day.

I have a very bad habit and I hope for the sake of your health you do not have the same. I prioritize everything else over a simple 30 minute walk every morning and I intend to change that.
