Look at this photo... A soldier from the new Haitian Army Corps of Engineers knodking out the rubble from a house that collapsed in Port-de-Paix after an 5.9 magnitude earthquake hit the city on Oct 6 2018.

The Haitian army was deployed to the area to assist in the aftermath of the earthquake.
