Haiti Internet Access - DSL Speed Test - Natcom (Reduced Speed)

Here is an actual DSL Speed test taken from my Natcom 3G Internet access in Haiti.

That was about 2 weeks after I got the service, 1400 Gourdes/month (about $35 US)

I went to Natcom to understand why this was happening, they told me I had gone over my 5GB limit.
