If Laurent is loving this, as you say, than it's at the expense of his girlfriend reputation.

Any man who would enjoy his girlfriends name being dragged through the mud is not worth it.

It seems like he couldn't wait to boost about how he snagged a super model, without taking into consideration how this would affect her. Because a day after he let this go public, she did an interview in Spain stating she was single.

Obviously this means he just took upon himself to announce it to the world, without discussing it with her.
