I was reading the article that and it was quite intriguing.

I myself I work for a debt consolidation company.

I agree with what you are saying about credit repair companies.

There are a lot of scams out there that wants payments up from before they do anything for the client.

I can only talk for the company that I work for. Our main approach is to educate consumers on how to maintain their finances on their own. Before they consolidate their bills.

There are so good companies out there and I am not just saying that because I work as a financial advisor but to say that a consumer must do there home work about financial counseling.

The should contact the BBB and to work with a non-profit organization.
