well, my experience is haitian black women are very soft and some I know love a big strong man. Haitian black women I've seen are very pretty.
I don't think black haitian women are mean, but want a man to approach them. If black american men (I consider myself black american because I was born in Harlem, NYC) don't want you is because many don't like dark skinned black women.
I did hear from some haitian women that they don't like haitian men because they are too controlling.
