We also know that nothing falls from the sky for free.
I do not want to be a kill joy. But I would like to know who is paying for this project?

and for how long?

Was it a grant from America or was it money collected from difference sources?

If so, what are the conditions and terms for this online University?

What will be the terms to accept the Haitian youth, how many for how long?

What sort of credentials will they look for, for instance a High school graduate with what kind of an average?

A?B?C?

or D?

Will there be remedial courses if students do not meet standard criteria?

Will the teaching language be French or Haitian?

Will there be a centralized lab for students who do not have access to computers?

If so where will they be?

These questions and more have to be answered so that we understand how things work. If they fell threw, we understand why. If they succeed, we also understand why.
Next time, we will be more likely to blame THINGS that did or did not work instead of PEOPLE
