It Depends.

If a Haitian is living in another country to try and support family in Haiti.

That person should automatically be considered Haitian.

If someone asks a Haitian or Haitian-American "what is your nationality"...a true Haitian would reply back, "Haitian", loud & proud.

I think the ones who deserve to lose the nationality are the criminals.

The sick & cruel individuals who should be spit on for committing horrible acts of violence.

They should be stripped away all rights to call themselves any nationality.

Especially those who are sent back to Haiti for committing disorders which causes them to get kicked out of a country.
