I completely agree with you Getty.
I visited their website and there is no "about us," which is something organizations have in their website to give you a little background knowledge.
yes Unity is Power, but before the quake nobody, or at least me and my circle of friends and family, never heard of Color of Hope; and more importantly on their website there is no archives of what they have already accomplished over the years.
I am not giving my money to any new organization in the midst of this tragedy.
Now if something like Yele.org (the Wyclef organization) were to organize something like that; I would give my money with closed eyes because I have proof of what Wyclef has done, is doing, and will continue to do in our homeland.
I am sorry, but I don't think it is fair to use our powerful belief "Unity is Power" to make me feel obligated to give this company my money.
Yes I do believe "Unity is Power"but I also believe Tranparency make good friendsand it seems to me there is none here. So Peace out!
