What a superb innovation!!! It is fast, economical and efficient.
I suggest that this idea should be packaged and thrown to the NGO's as they are the organizations with financial and managerial backup of the Clinton-Bush Team.
It sounds like a splendid solution to Haiti's homelessness problem.
