All cell phone companies steal from Haitian people.you start your call someone say hallo and the cominucation cut for just 1 second you lost the hold card

Thats happen to me twice, i called the customer service telling them to help me to put the phone card thru. Guess what happened?

They stole all the money and you want me trust voila or whatever company?

No wayyyyyyyyyyyy.

And I know every business wants some profit, but they have to realize that haitian people don't have money to buy phone cards, so why they keep the phone cards system?

Why they want to be rich on those poor Haitian people?

So if they come up with an inexpensive plan with unlimited talk and unlimited text where they can talk with voila, haitel, digicel, i think voila will be #1 in all cell phone companies existing in Haiti.

If i can get contact with the president of Voila i will talk to him and tell him straight up what i am thinking.
