You need to read the time's article online, and it was published this week. Two girls 8, and 2 years old were raped by growing men. The baby is being treated for gonorrhea (STD) of the mouth, and they were both receiving treatments for other medical issues.

I am so angry, and frustrated.

We have the same problems in Africa, and in other countries.

Rape is used as a weapon to crush, and destroy your ennemis.

It is only a matter of time before they start cutting limbs like it has been done in Africa, so their victims will have no hope. How do you deal with this situation?

I do not have the answer, or the solution.

I would suggest sex education, and respect for women classes to start in Kindergarden.

We might be able to save the coming generations, and this is a very complicated situation.

I know that they would not have dared to rape adults, children, or kidnap people during Francois Duvalier's presidency.

I am not a politician, and hate politics with a passion.

It is the same situation in Iraq, and Saddam kept them on their toes. I am a Christian, and love the Lord with all my soul. I WOULD HANG THE ADULTS WHO RAPED CHILDREN, AND CASTRATE ALL THE RAPISTS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. I would do the hanging publicly, but would make sure I have the right person.

The best deterrence is to strike fear in your ennemis, and I would show no mercy.

You can also just give them to the victims' families, or locals in the area. God would have to show them mercy, because I would not pity them. You are not a human being if you are capable to rape a baby, and give her STD.
