when a landlord rents a house to tenants does that mean the house doesn't belong to the landlord anymore?

I'll tell you the same thing happening to every other beaches in HAITI sitting there doing nothing no tourists, i am very happy someone took interest in our beloved country HAITI CHERI and see her true potatials.
France is not coming back to inslave us please have a little faith and trust foreigners to come and invest in our country.
