I have lived in The Dominican Republic, I am married to a Dominican women and I have family in that country, However, not all Dominican people are that sadistic.
I know The Dominican culture, I speak Spanish very well and I am licensed Private Investigator, licensed by The State of Florida.
After reviewing this video several times with some of my colleagues in law enforcement, I do believe this video is legit.
I know those things happened in The Dominican Republic and the cowards in The Dominican government do not do much about it. Ironically, they are always complaining about being abused and mistreated in Puerto Rico. They should be treated the same way in Puerto Rico, however, The Puerto Ricans are God loving, God fearing people and would never treat anyone this way.
