Following up on The Haitian Flag under the Duvalier Regime - Noir et Rouge, The constitution of 1805 signed by the Great Haitian generals and the emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the father of the Haitian nation, indicated that the color of the nation is "Black and Red".

It is important to know that the Red and Blue was chosen by Petion after the emperor's death.

We must go back to our senses and again fly the Black and Red flag at full staff all over the Haitian nation.

We must unify ourselves as one and take back the control of our country in order to revive it.
As of today, and since the depart of the Duvalier in 1986, Haiti has been in the hands of its enemies; and since then, the country has been going backward.

We must do something and quick.
