Haitian also have a problem: they do not think big, one of the idea that has ruled marketing since always.

Yon ti kay pou yon ti bagay tou piti, ca les satisfait.

They are satisfied with little shops and do not want to spot others than haitians most of the time. Last thing is they do not rely on professional competency to help them thriving and set up long term intelligent investment rather than short term debrouillardise.
