I like your way of expressing your thoughts!

Well Mr. Saint Preux, that is a very deep way of putting together what you think SHOULD BE DONE.
There is one thing you need to understand: in that kind of interaction among people no matter what, someone will have to execute commands from someone else whether anybody likes to be told to do something.

Don't get me wrong; your theory of giving examples is one of the best approaches to solve any major problem.

But by inserting the "nobody likes to be told what to do" in your flow of thought, will make some people strong in a way that we don't need them to be at this phase of our problem right now.
Unfortunately there will always be the need for leaders (as you mentioned it) who will have to show the way and to be an example.

A leader without charisma is not any different from the rest of the crowd that should supposedly be following, if you see what I am saying...

That was a very interesting message, most of your articles, in general, are by the way.
