PNH is solely responsible for their misfortunes, as long as they keep the same Commissaire who is responsible to conduct the interview for the admission to join PNH they are going to get the same result.

Recent investigation by Solidarite Internationale revealed bad police officers with bad criminals records from penitencier nationale later joined the PNH their criminal records that did not barred them to become a police officer with the complicity of that Commissaire, and the worst part of it Solidarite Internationale investigation revealed they are the one who are distributing illegal weapons taken from the street failed to return them to PNH give them to the civilians for criminal activities.
